DEACON NOMINATIONS TIMELINE:

  • February 2021 Congregation submitted names for consideration
  • March 1-15 Deacon Nominations Team conducts interviews, provides recommendations to Elders
  • March 15-22 Elders prayerfully review recommendations
  • March 28 (tentative) New Deacon(s) installed

 

PARTNERSHIP WITH IGLESIA CRISTIANA ALPHA & OMEGA

  • Pray for Pastor Oscar (and his family) while he is still in ICU
  • Timeline moved back for now so they can carefully navigate forward  (No Tentative Date Scheduled)
  • GCC stands ready to engage and partner as soon as they are ready

 

PALM SUNDAY & RESURRECTION SUNDAY

  • March 28 - Palm Sunday (GCC's 31st Anniversary)  No meal planned.  We're working on a fun activity for younger children to enjoy at home with their families that connects to Holy Week.
  • no activities onsite between Palm Sunday and Resurrection Sunday
  • April 04 - Resurrection Sunday Can you believe it's already here?  Invite.  Bring.  Meet someone at church!
